Courageous Performance
Walesby football team tried very hard to retain the George Abbott Shield on Friday with an exciting cup match against Annesley Primary School. Unfortunately we narrowly lost by 3 goals to 2. It was 2-2 with just minutes to go but Annesley managed to get the winning goal leaving us with little time to respond. The boys worked very hard with great goals from Warren and Connor. 'Man of the Match' this week goes to Harry L. for his strong leadership in defence.
