Year 2 and 3

The National Curriculum states that children ‘should be given the opportunity to take part in outdoor and adventurous activity challenges, both individually and within a team’ and also that ‘taking part in physical activities build character and help to embed values such as fairness and respect’.

We offer our Year 2 and 3 children the exciting opportunity to take part in a summer residential trip, staying away for one night, at a centre close to home. We organise a two year rolling programme staying at the following venues:

Sherwood Forest - Youth Hostel -29th June - 30th June 2020

Perlethorpe Centre - Camping - 24th June - 25th June 2021

Year 4, 5 and 6

To provide memorable and vivid learning experiences, we have booked a range of trips that cover aspects of the Curriculum such as Outdoor and Adventurous Activities (Kingswood) and Geography and Science curriculums (Boggle Hole).
